ANY CUE OR CASE PURCHASES* MADE WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A FULL REFUND 

PROVIDED THE CUE TIP HAS NOT BEEN CHALKED AND THE CUE IS RETURNED IN PRISTINE CONDITION.

We will provide a simple, easy to follow process so that in the unlikely event that  you are unhappy with your cue and/or case purchase, you can simply send it back for a full refund within 60 days of the delivery date.

Games tables are excluded, a carriage charge will apply in the event a customer has a change of mind, if the table is defective however then a replacement will be supplied free of charge.

*Made to order cues are handmade to order and therefore have to be excluded from this money back guarantee.

 Returning your cue and/or case is as easy as 1,2,3:

 1. Email otherenquiries@bce-riley.com regarding your wish to return the item purchased, listing your order number, the product code and the date of the purchase.

​

 2. We will arrange a returns service for the product free of charge (UK mainland only).

​

 3. A  full refund will be issued to you, provided the cue or case is returned in pristine condition (with the cue tip NOT chalked).  At Riley leisure we take pride in providing our customers with a product range of the highest quality, that exceeds our customer's expectations
